I want my portraits to portray the uniqueness of the situation and the person. Let's face it, technology is changing everyday and the only tangible memory to pass down is a finished printed portrait. It is my deepest feeling that your images should have a final result and be printed professionally instead of on disk, or USB drive. A printed image lasts more than a lifetime unlike records, 8-tracks, VHS tapes, and eventually CDs. Discount stores cannot give you the quality that my professional labs can do or the service and specialty design to suit your needs. A discount store cannot come to your home and personally design a wall collage specially for your staircase. Tell yourself this "Why do I want the disk again?"
Studio InformationClients commission April Spaulding Photography Studio to create original artwork for their home out of their family's most precious moments. The portraits we create together are meant to be proudly displayed throughout your home, bringing you joy each and every day. Together I walk you through each step of creation from planning out wall displays and albums, to styling the session to your taste and vision, to creating a gallery of portraits that uniquely capture your family's relationship and style. Clients typically invest anywhere from $800-$2000 after each session to procure a wide variety of art pieces for the home, gifts for family and friends, and fine art keepsakes. 
April Spaulding Photography is a unique portrait/wedding photography studio, located at 8 5th St. S, Great Falls Montana. April specializes in weddings, family and senior photography and studio newborn, children and maternity portraits. The April Spaulding Photography session fee is paid in advance to secure your chosen date for families and seniors and the session fee for Newborns, Maternity and Children is paid in advance. It is non-refundable should you cancel, but is transferable to another date in the event you wish to amend your booking or weather cancelation with at least 48 hours notice. Special consideration is made for maternity and newborn sessions and for weather. After submitting your deposit fee, your appointment dates will be secured and you will be mailed a welcome package with details about your session along with your portrait agreement. We will also schedule your planning appointment with April and your purchasing appointment at the time of booking. The session fee does not include any images, either prints or digital negatives; these must be purchased separately. Session fees include photographer's time and talent, pre session welcome package, extensive post session editing to the photographer's style, portrait preview, online gallery hosting, order preparation and fulfillment, and custom design work.

The April Spaulding Photography Studio is open by appointment only. In the event of rain, wind or snow, all outdoor sessions booked are moved back to the studio or to an chosen indoor location and cannot be rescheduled based on weather if it is a large extended family. Session fees include photographer's time and talent, pre session welcome package, extensive post session editing to the photographer's style, portrait preview, online gallery hosting, order preparation and fulfillment and custom design work.

TravelDue to our schedule, April generally does not travel over 20 miles without significant notice. Travel throughout the country is available, please inquire. For our wedding package we ask that you cover airfare or mileage, hotel expenses and food. |
